Greetings INFORMAS colleagues,
As you can see from this newsletter, the INFORMAS network has been very active this year. It is excellent to see the ongoing engagement of researchers in the various networking and presentation activities, module methods development and leadership, and expansion into areas such as sustainability and urban food systems.
Many INFORMAS researchers are submitting presentations to two important international conferences in 2024 – the World Public Health Nutrition Congress in London and International Congress on Obesity in São Paulo. These conferences will provide great platforms for networking and exchanging ideas – see you there!
Many thanks to Chelsea Riddell who has been expertly coordinating many INFORMAS activities over the last few years, including the series of regional e-conferences and symposia. We wish her well in her new job with the NZ school lunch program and we welcome Carolina Mejia Toro (featured below) as the new coordinator.
